When I think of Vision one person comes to mind. Sandy Golding. Shortly after being elected to City Council in 2004 Sandy strongly recommended that several of us attend a presentation in St Augustine by the consulting firm Gladding Jackson. We ultimately hired this firm for our CBD Vision Plan. Sandy is the most qualified person I know to see the plan become a reality; making our downtown a walkable, safe, family friendly environment that we can be proud of. We need her leadership and I can’t think of anyone more qualified to represent our city.
